Worse and unprofessional work ethnic practices.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to make a mistake by sending their car for repairs in this place, on the 29 of July 2024, my car had a tank petrol pump issue, so i took it in to this dealership for repairs and replacementof the pump, they promised that the car will be finished as soon as the payment went through, after they got the payment from my insurer i recieve the longest 2 weeks silent treatment till i decided to call and do follow up, but they claimed their technicians are on leave (which didn't make sense), so to cut the story short, to this day the 20th of August 2024 my car is this with the dealership, I've been calling to see if there is any progress but now the managers are being rude to me tell me that the car will only be started to be worked on from 29th of August because they don't have the petrol pump (from the 29th of July), Jenny and maryn both managers at some stage told me that I'm lacking patient "so why don't I order a pump myself", I could see that there is Race classification also just because I'm black I must be treated badly. so I am advising everyone reading this don't make the same mistake I did, Ben morgenrood Ford Randfontein is a ****

Innovation is a really a bad company yho
Guy I have a problem I dd take my car to ford randfontein last week Monday, I have only 7 months with this car sees I bought it from we buy cars,so the car dd go the at ford due to petrol pump failure even nw innovation have not paid for that pump instead they say they want a report on what made the petrol pump failure before they pay the claim yho pls help m is been a week I m calling this people,yho I m really stressed
