I have been taking my vehicle to Benba Motors in Goodwood for the 15000 Km service intervals. Due to them being the service agents for our vehicle's service, we decided to order left and right Upper Trim Panels for the windscreen posts of the vehicle. We were asked to pay upfront which we did. The order were placed by Willem who is the Benba Motors service person. This was in mid 2020. We are now approaching the end of 2021, and in spite of the lockdown restrictions that were eased, we are still waiting on the parts that were ordered and paid for. During our last conversation with Willem, he could not remember how much we paid and when. They should have a record of this on their books, so I am not sure as to why they have no record of outstanding orders for their workshop. Even at the time of writing this, we still have not received the parts that we ordered. I would like Benba Motors Goodwood to respond and contact us to explain what happened to the R900 that we paid.
