Total waste of thousands

Stay away from this company, installed our system, had to come out numerous times as we were still using mostly eskom power, eventually that was sorted out after we had to explain to them how to program the system correctly using the user manual. After the first rain we realise that the roof leaks everywhere in bucket loads, they came back twice and would not listen that they needed to use the correct spacers for the solar panels so that the roof tiles can be in there correct space instead they just sealed the roof with roof sealer which did not solve the problem at all. So now I paid hundreds of thousands for a solar system that is going to cost me just as much to get repaired and my roof fixed. Bence is taking no responsibility after they promised that they would keep coming out to fix the problem until is fixed. Jurgens has no idea how to work with customers and just cares about making quick money and doing people in.
