Good day, I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issue with the vacuum wheels. This matter began on 23 October 2025, and despite multiple visits to your store, including the most recent one on 8 March 2026, the correct wheels have still not been provided. On three separate occasions, we have been shown the wrong wheels. The same vacuum we purchased is in your shop, yet the issue has not been resolved. This repeated inconvenience and lack of proper service is unacceptable. I urge you to take immediate action to provide the correct wheels without further delay. Your service thus far has been extremely disappointing, and I expect a swift resolution.
