Brand new iron went for repairs came back worse then when it got taken in. At this point I don’t know whether I am upset with Game stores for not giving me a straight refund for this useless iron or Bennet and Read.

Air fryer not working that was bought first week of December 2025 didnt last 2 weeks it stopped to work, we sent it back and they gave another one its second week of March 2026 its not working again , what a disappointing brand not even 6 months we struggle with the air fryer that its not working properly I know they will tell us we have to wait for repairs when we send back .its very disappointing I want another brand not this one i cant be using this brand that always give us problems.

I purchased the Bennett Read 7kg washing machine on 2 August 2025. On 10 February 2025 white smoke came from the machine. I contacted Tevo. They told me I must take the machine to Matroosfontein. I informed them that I don't have transport, that is the reason I purchased the item online. She told me she will see what she can do. On 12 Feb no feedback. On the 13th they came and picked up the machine, on 19 Feb machine still not fixed. After emails send, I finally received the machine back on the 22 Feb, still not working correctly. On 23 Feb I wrote another email stating the problem, they told me they will escalate the matter to their service department and managers. On 24 Feb I asked for feedback, no reply. On 25 Feb I asked for feedback, no reply. Until today 11 March, no feedback or reply. For more then a month I am struggling with a faulty machine. I asked them to replace the machine or my money back, no reply. Is this what they call service?

Dismal service. Cannot speak to anyone for assistance with regards a product failure (8 month old pressure washer) and / or parts required to repair it. Tried every number I could find, including 2 WhatsApp numbers, email too. No one response, not even acknowledgement of receipt of any of my communication.

One Star is way too much!!! I own 3 Bennett Read products. All are poorly made and the after sales service is virtually non-existent. I logged 3 messages via the "Contact Us" section of their website and got no system email response and no follow up from Bennett Read. The "Contact Us" page appears to be ****!!! The air fryer unit was faulty from day 1 (22 October 2025). I logged messages via their website, tried to contact them via their WhatsApp service, sent emails to info@bennettread.co.za all without much success. It took over 3 months to get a response from Bennett Read. I then had to ship the unit to/from their "service center" at my expense (Nearly R600). The "service center" received the unit on 21 Jan 2026 and I recieved it back on 13 February 2026 (That's nearly a whole month), and the problem that I had sent it in for was still not deal with at all, and the unit was actually damaged in their "service center". There was no contact from their so-called "service center" to confirm the issues. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying Bennett Read products or dealing with Bennett Read at all. In my opinion, this is not an ethical company.
