One Star is way too much!!!
I own 3 Bennett Read products. All are poorly made and the after sales service is virtually non-existent. I logged 3 messages via the "Contact Us" section of their website and got no system email response and no follow up from Bennett Read. The "Contact Us" page appears to be ****!!!
The air fryer unit was faulty from day 1 (22 October 2025). I logged messages via their website, tried to contact them via their WhatsApp service, sent emails to info@bennettread.co.za all without much success. It took over 3 months to get a response from Bennett Read.
I then had to ship the unit to/from their "service center" at my expense (Nearly R600). The "service center" received the unit on 21 Jan 2026 and I recieved it back on 13 February 2026 (That's nearly a whole month), and the problem that I had sent it in for was still not deal with at all, and the unit was actually damaged in their "service center". There was no contact from their so-called "service center" to confirm the issues.
I would strongly discourage anyone from buying Bennett Read products or dealing with Bennett Read at all. In my opinion, this is not an ethical company.
