DISMAL SERVICE - UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE - NO RESPONSE
Dismal service. Cannot speak to anyone for assistance with regards a product failure (8 month old pressure washer) and / or parts required to repair it. Tried every number I could find, including 2 WhatsApp numbers, email too. No one response, not even acknowledgement of receipt of any of my communication.

DISMAL SERVICE
Dismal service and even more difficult the deal with this institution. I extended / renewed my expired contract earlier this month, it was due for an upgrade a few months ago. The geniuses informed me today that they canceled the new one (a black Friday special) because they tried calling me and the line went to voice mail. No message, WhatsApp or email sent, nor received. True story !! Their records show the renewal approval and confirmation on the 10th of this month, followed by the cancellation thereof 2 minutes later. 40 minutes of my life wasted. Not acceptable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Sent stuff not ordered nor required. Requested the goods to be returned within minutes of having been dropped off. Have not done so. Seems impossible to find an email address for this entity to put on record / in writing our dissatisfaction.

HUURKOR - THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
Our experience with a student apartment in Hatfield, administered by Huurkor and owned by the Gloria Trust, has been an absolute nightmare. I would strongly urge anybody to avoid doing business with them. The apartment was handed over looking like a ***sty, the balconies caked in ***eon faeces, carpets severely soiled, globes not working, earth leakage faulty to mention just a few. Repairs would take months to get done - a fridge failed and was eventually replaced after 5 weeks - the old one was left in the apartment for a further 2 weeks. A burst geyser, with water running through the electrics, was replaced 2 weeks after reporting it. These are just a few over the 3 year period. Then comes the deposit, actually no it doesn't. We are now being held to ransom for an 18K deposit because in the last 46 days they have not managed to get a quote to replace a R 199 light cover and a R 32 globe. Looking at the other reviews, this is how they operate.
