Brand new iron went for repairs came back worse then when it got taken in. At this point I don’t know whether I am upset with Game stores for not giving me a straight refund for this useless iron or Bennet and Read.
Bought an iron in December 2025, the iron stopped working two weeks into using it. I was asked to take it back to the store by someone on the Tevo WhatsApp number, iron was returned to the store on the 18 January 2026 and to date no update, even on the WhatsApp I’m receiving no response now. What an inconvenience, horrible customer service, terrible product.

I had been trying to get a paid up letter from CellC which was a losing battle on my own but once I involved Experian they sorted it out in a jiffy and it has been removed from my credit report. I'm Happy the the service I received.
Getting a paid up letter and being removed from ITC is mission impossible when it comes to Cellc. I have called, emailed but all I've got it empty promises.
Disappointing, quick on debiting you account without you actually getting the loan you applied for. Phones never get answered, emails are ignored, it's a nightmare.
