Lyceum - stay away from them - shocking service
This is the worst experience that I have ever had with an educational institution. They just take your money every month, but do not give you results, or answer any queries. I had a problem last year and could not see if I qualified for exams. My assignment results were nowhere to be found. I contacted them when I realised that I had missed my exams as a result of this. The only reply I got was that my issue was resolved and they are closing the ticket. I resent my emails with the problems, but again no answer, and then an email to say the issue is resolved etc. This has happend I dont know how many times now. I am getting absolutely no reply from anyone there, but every month they just keep taking my money. It is beyond shocking. I have decided to cancel my studies, but that is another mission all on its own. All this institute does is take your money and give absolutely no service. It is beyond shocking

Results please
They were debiting their fees every month on pay day today I'm still waiting for results/transcripts to date their portal gives me a message that my ID number and student number does not correspond. Nonsense school this one.

No support whatsoever
My dad registered with then about 4years ago,the Admin had no support so he cancelled ,still waiting for refund till today

Worst College in SA
Do not recommend this college to anyone. The context of the course (Disaster and Safety Management) is good, but the support you get is below zero. The support desk for the college is nonexistent, and when they decide to help you, you are left worse than before. If the lecturers decide to provide a class on the study guide, it seems they know less than the students. They are just reading the study guide word for word and do not actually provide explanations on anything. This is by far the worst studying experience I have ever seen

I don't advise anyone to study through lyceum college. They take your fees then dont respond when you need help. They don reply to emails or call requests. They are unprofessional. They dont even have proper walk in branches to get assistance

Lyceum College is useless.
Registered with lyceum college in 2017 for 3 year diploma,Covid happened still waiting for certification. Whilst the content of the programme is excellent the administration is non-existent and diabolical. A classic example of incompetence reflected in lost assessments and assignments and being sent from pillar to post with no clear indication of how to solve basic problems. Fee collection is almost instantaneous but service delivery is not a concept that is understood. Desperately wanting to recover money and time wasted.
