No support whatsoever
My dad registered with then about 4years ago,the Admin had no support so he cancelled ,still waiting for refund till today0 replies

Bad Customer service
I have been asking FNB consultants to contact me for a while now regarding my mothers estate late account and all they do is concur then no one does that , even wrote them an email;twitter even asked my friends to assist but no luck, and I wanted someone to guide me through the process because I know nothing about it1 reply

Sanlam_Not happy with their service at all
Sanlam is making me run around in one place , have been tryong to claim money since last year, I didnt know about the policy until my Grand mother passed on ,thats 3 moths after my mother ,they told me about an expiry that the waiver had of which I was never told about and my grand mother passed on before the waiver expired . I sent the documents they wanted but no one got back to me5 replies
