My dad registered with then about 4years ago,the Admin had no support so he cancelled ,still waiting for refund till today
I really do not understand why am I paying for a service that I am not getting; My internet was down last month for about a week and no one bothered to contact me regarding that , Yesterday they had issues and still no one bothered to tell me what was going on ,even today my internet is down and Im sure they wont give me a grace period for my 9day service that I did not get-Im changing to another ISP I cant pay R400 a month for nothing
I have been asking FNB consultants to contact me for a while now regarding my mothers estate late account and all they do is concur then no one does that , even wrote them an email;twitter even asked my friends to assist but no luck, and I wanted someone to guide me through the process because I know nothing about it
Whatsapp line Doesn’t work ,Got a message from them regarding a loan that I made but the message had no payment link, Tried the whatsapp line -Not getting any responses.The loan was expiring yesterday so I dont know what to do
Sanlam is making me run around in one place , have been tryong to claim money since last year, I didnt know about the policy until my Grand mother passed on ,thats 3 moths after my mother ,they told me about an expiry that the waiver had of which I was never told about and my grand mother passed on before the waiver expired . I sent the documents they wanted but no one got back to me
My mother had a policy with Avbob,submitted a claim with them,they required a letter of authority submitted it but they are not getting back to me.Tried to ask them to call me with no luck its been a month now
