Lyceum - stay away from them - shocking service
This is the worst experience that I have ever had with an educational institution. They just take your money every month, but do not give you results, or answer any queries. I had a problem last year and could not see if I qualified for exams. My assignment results were nowhere to be found. I contacted them when I realised that I had missed my exams as a result of this. The only reply I got was that my issue was resolved and they are closing the ticket. I resent my emails with the problems, but again no answer, and then an email to say the issue is resolved etc. This has happend I dont know how many times now. I am getting absolutely no reply from anyone there, but every month they just keep taking my money. It is beyond shocking. I have decided to cancel my studies, but that is another mission all on its own. All this institute does is take your money and give absolutely no service. It is beyond shocking

Amazing service
I have been banking with FNB for many years, but never really had to deal with individual branches much before. In the last few weeks I have had to go to the branches we have in Mossel Bay, the Mossel Bay Mall branch and the Mossel Bay branch at Langeberg Mall. Each time I have had to go I have received excellent customer service. At both branches the staff have been doing their utmost to make the queues go faster and to go out of their way to help. I just want to say thank you. I know its a very difficult time, and the staff have to deal with very difficult customers, but they remain friendly and very helpful. It has been a pleasure dealing with both branches here.

Almost zero upload speed
I signed up with Rain based on their promises that you will get a minimum of 5mbps upload speeds. Since I have received it I am not even able to get 1mbps upload speed, it averages around 0.25mbps. There are no details for anyone to contact regarding this. I need wifi to start working, but now I cant, and will probably have to find a different service provider. It is very disappointing and false advertising. I have already paid a month in advance but cannot use the product.
