Pricelock department has very bad service.
I am very frustrated with dstv pricelock people for the explora ultra. Thy sent an installer to do it but wen we switched it on there was an e16 error code. The installer was supposed to also link my 2 decoders for extra view but because of multichoice's incompetence they could not do it. We called the customer service line and have been put on hold for 4 hours with different consultants. Still have tht error and nobody is helping. I am very annoyed bcz my time was wasted nd thy sold me a lie. Do not take pricelock for explora ultra.4 replies
