How I Lost My Property and Still Have the Debt
I was informed that my property had been disposed through the auction via a phone call by solver property service. However, the Standard Bank was never informed of this sale by Solver Property Services. I am still receiving emails and payment demands from the bank’s attorneys, demanding money for a bond on a property that I was told had already been auctioned and taken over by the Body Corporate (Solver Property Services). Warning: be cautious of Solver Property Services as a body corporate. They took over my property and left me with the debt.

This company is actually pathethic..I have been trying to get hold of them for two weeks but to no avail..The phone just keeps ringing on the extension that you press.There is no one that can actually help you..You send your query to support@solver ,then they ask you your query but do not come back with a feedback..I dont know why our complex is dealing with such an *********** company..This really needs to be brought up at our next AGM on a serious note..

Arrogant and bullying tactics
I was sent a notice advising of renovations to my unit and a message I posted on the Owners WhatsApp group which was false as I have not done any renovations in my unit nor did I post any related messages on the WhatsApp group. Solver ignored my communication and assumed the source of their information is true. They failed to advise who the source of the information was and to date have not retracted or apologised for the false accusations.

Solver Property Disservice!
One of the worst property management agents I’ve dealt with. They lack basic integrity and communication, and consistently fail to perform the duties they are paid for. Debt collection is effectively dumped on unit owners, while they continue to pay themselves from our levies for doing next to nothing. At this point, they should consider changing their name to Solver Property Disservice—because service is clearly not their strong suit.
