I was informed that my property had been disposed through the auction via a phone call by solver property service. However, the Standard Bank was never informed of this sale by Solver Property Services. I am still receiving emails and payment demands from the bank’s attorneys, demanding money for a bond on a property that I was told had already been auctioned and taken over by the Body Corporate (Solver Property Services). Warning: be cautious of Solver Property Services as a body corporate. They took over my property and left me with the debt.

Despite instructing them not to proceed with bond registration on 10 August 2021, they registered the bond on 5 October 2021 without my consent. I had explicitly stated I wasn't happy with the property's state and couldn't afford the bond. The firm and bank failed to follow my instructions, leading to severe financial prejudice. The property was later auctioned by Solver Property Services due to non-affordability, but I'm still receiving payment demands from Standard Bank's attorneys. I'm stuck with a home loan for a property I no longer own. I wouldn't recommend AG Smuts & Kloppers or Standard Bank to anyone. I have an issue with my payflex account. for the past 2 years my account has been linked to a contact number that doesn't belong to me. I've requested them to update my number for more than twice with a self picture holding ID but nothing's changed I was told my number is linked to someone. this is really an acceptable and is frustrating me every time i need to do purchase.
I am very dissatisfied with Lendplus. I was charged twice, and I've received no updates regarding my refund or the reversal of the extra amount. When I contacted Kabelo, I was informed that it would take five business days to receive my money back. I find this to be unacceptable, particularly since the lending process can happen in just 15 minutes. It seems contradictory that the refund process cannot happen with the same speed. As a first-time customer, I anticipated a better level of service. I urgently need my money back due to other financial obligations. It also frustrates me that Kabelo appeared to place the responsibility for the double debit on me. Given the inadequate customer service and the inconvenience I've faced, I will not be recommending Lendplus to anyone. I request an urgent refund of my money.
Dear Nedbank Teams, I've been waiting over 20 days for my dormant bank account to be closed after settling the outstanding balance on June 13th June. despite my request, I've received no feedback from Busisiwe Jeanette Radebe . I'm concerned to see that the account is still accruing interest. could you please close my account as requested.
Discovery limited I'm shocked that a big company like Discovery Limited can be so horrible. I called Discovery to confirm if Dr. Matebula Kuhlase and Partners was on their network before consulting with one of their network GPs. They confirmed the practice was on the network, so I consulted with them for my son's circumcision and paid cash upfront. However, when I claimed my money back, I was told the practice number on the invoice was incorrect. I went back to the practice, and they explained that they couldn't change the title details on the invoice, but they did provide the correct practice number and stamped it with the practice number requested by discovery.Despite this, my claim was rejected again. I'm frustrated because Discovery Limited confirmed the practice and doctor details before the consultation, and I've been going back and forth with them. This isn't my fault; I called to confirm before consulting. Now, I'm being given the runaround when it comes to paying my claim. Discovery Limited Health's service is the worse. They confirm details and then change the rules when it's time to pay. Can you please resolve the practice number issue with Dr. Matebula Kuhlase and Partners? It's unacceptable to confirm something and then change it when payment is involved.

Since I did order online from 7th January 2025 I haven’t received my package yet. Is almost a month. Where is my order please
