This company is actually pathethic..I have been trying to get hold of them for two weeks but to no avail..The phone just keeps ringing on the extension that you press.There is no one that can actually help you..You send your query to support@solver ,then they ask you your query but do not come back with a feedback..I dont know why our complex is dealing with such an *********** company..This really needs to be brought up at our next AGM on a serious note..
i have previously shared on this platform regarding my daughter and the accident in which she was involved and what was the outcome of the panelbeaters.Nevertheless the panelbeaters took responsibility and fetched the car and sorted everything out accordingly replacing the missing items and also getting the car into perfect condition.Our only concern is that the accident was not my daughters fault so why did she have to cough up the huge excess from her pocket...There is protocols and procedures in place that the insurance company should follow to recover this money..So basically the insurance company warrants us to pay the excess whether it is our fault or not which in my opinion is not acceptable.
My daughter had her car picked up this morning from the panelbeaters and to her knowledge the car is not up to standard.There are items that are missing and the panelbeaters do not want to take responsibility for it. All there interaction is leave a google review...This is not how a business suppose to react. This is the second time we are having an isssue with first for women.The first accident the panelbeaters took almost three months to get the car sorted out and eventually whilst driving the car nearly catch on fire.After much debate and wanting to take it to a tv channel a lady came to the rescue and eventually the matter was resolved. Now here again we are sitting with another episode.If the matter is not resolved in an amicable manner this time we will instruct the lady to come and interview First for women as to why they engage in institutions like this that are not professional
I am so fed up with this company that its totally unbelievable.I receive almost 25 calls every single day.I blocked there numbers but under blocked calls i get a beep almost every 2 minutes with a call notification.Can hellopeter refer me to the ombudsman where i can lodge a complain. I cancelled this policy because i do not have money to pay for it.My husband is unemployed and sick and this policy didnt serve me right. i want to inform people please dont deal with this company..I say it loud... They are inconsiderate towards people and the haras*****t of phone calls.There are better companies out there that will not phone you a million times...
I am so fed up with this insurance company that its unbelievable.Everytime i use the OTC benefit on this insurance the claim will come back rejected.Whats the use of paying R2000 a month but sitting with 2000 problems..I will never recommend anyone to take this plan.Its just a waste of money..I am in the process of cancelling it..Waste of time...I am highly irritated currently.
I have an insurance with this company and i must say how can a company be operative if you have to phone them 15 times and still get no response. I am trying to resolve a matter and every time i am phoning they are putting me to the department that the phone keeps ringing.I sent numerous call backs and still no response.Its strange when they want to sell you a policy then they have the ability to phone you a 100 times...I got a good mind of cancelling my policy with this company .
I had a policy with miway for a long time.I then put in a claim for my microwave which was damaged.On hearing that the access was extemely high ,the same price has a brand new microwave i cancelled the claim and the policy.Now i am listed as having done a claim with the company.Now that i want to take out a policy with another company the information comes up as i have done a claim with them.Is this acceptable or should i contact the ombudsman..Guys please be vigilant when taking out a policy with Miway
We just have had a worst experience at the hungry lion branch in midway mews midrand. Customers screaming and throwing tantrums because the staff are so incomptetent. Orders have been forgotten and misplaced.The manager has no communication skills or customer support ablity. He confronts the customers with no feedback. Orders are not cpmpletely packed Missing items in most customer packs...This is a bad experience..Never recommend this branch to any one
I was at the pick n pay clothing midway mews midrand yesterday afternoon.The cashier was serving other customers and i was the next customer.She gladly chooses to leave me standing at the till point with all the items in my hand and she was busy checking prices of clothing on a computer adjacent to her.Not apologising to me or saying anything.I stood there quiet long and eventually just threw all the clothing and left.Pathetic and unacceptable customer service...
I have this insurance with one plan and from the inception there is so much issues with claims. I just feel like cancelling this policy as i am getting no way forward.I did a claim yesterday and forwarded them the receipt the chemist gave me.Now i get messages they are unable to process the claim because they need a statement.Which pharmacy gives you a statement at the till point. I am extremely fed up and would never recommend anyone to take this plan
