My heart bleeds for my 10 years premiums and funeral savings

All they do once I have written a review on hello Peter they brush my face with butter and pretend to be remorseful instead it's now three months later and I still have received no cent of my premiums back.guys becareful of these ****mers they will make you join a funeral policy and end up forging signatures and sign you up for things they don't tell you about. Now my more than 10 years worth of funeral savings went down the drain all because of capital legacy and matla life.

10 years worth of funeral savings down the drain.

I don't know whether I must scream for these ****mers to pay me back, they have been promising to pay me back my premiums since December, to date I haven't received any money from them, that time my 10 years premiums from three different companies have been forfeited. I will not rest until they give me back my money.

Must I scream or write another review in order to have me paid my money back,these ****** ****mers has since promised to pay me back my money from last year December, to date no money paid back into my account, I never signed up with yall your ****** ****ming consultants working for RMA *****ulently signed me up for a will I never drew up, without beneficiaries and witnesses these people wanted to **** my kids my hard earned pension🤬🤬😡😡pay me back my money

So I figured I needed to write another review in order for these ****** ****mers to pay me back my premiums after *****ulently forging my signature and had me cancel my funeral policies I had for over 10 years.****** pay me my money back I'm sick of you guys already. Yall made me waste my time and petrol to drive to the "Witbank" branch where I was met by a huge to let sign🤬🤬😡😡

Results please

They were debiting their fees every month on pay day today I'm still waiting for results/transcripts to date their portal gives me a message that my ID number and student number does not correspond. Nonsense school this one.

Unauthorized deduction from my payslip

I don't know how they got a hold of my details they however managed and worse they also managed to get a slice by deducting unauthorized in my payslip.when i sent them an email they told me about a broker from RMA and what not.now my issue is when drafting a will are my assets not supposed to reflect on the will?writing a will requires witnesses and next of kin contact details should I die.Not even once have they called me regardless of the correspondence i wrote instead they continue to deduct my money from my payslip.I would briefly like to know what is in that " will" i also don't know about and would like to see my signature with signatories.i want my money back from Capital legacy and they must stop de*****ing people.

Join RMA and get sold lies

So their insurance reps came over to my workplace and so us lies,they made me cancel funeral policies I had for about 10 years told me i would be paying less premiums for more funeral payout plus yearly cashback I'm now paying triple morethan what I initially was paying for in my policies combined.i sent them correspondences for about two months they responded 4 weeks later told me my case would be under investigation.to date i must still send them emails to find out the status of the investigation and reimbur*****t of my money.since i suspected some *****ulent activities with my ID.worse i drove to their "offices" in witbank and found a huge to let board on the gate.tried countless times to call the rep she's not answering my calls worse blue ticks me on whatsapp.

These ****** ****mers don't deserve a single star,what good did i expect to get from a company that insures pets,they are good for nothing and continue to be.i had an accident"unforseen circumstances" on the 16/07 and they have the ****** audacity to tell me what I am getting from them is what I signed up for,these ****** not even one panelbeaters around Mpumalanga works with them because of how they continue to do what they call business and cheat,****,rob people of their hard earned money.every dog has its day and one day you'll be that dog that wished you never ****med people.

Run as far away as possible from dotsure.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident,reported the matter same day with my insurance"dotsure"to date i have to call them every single day to find out what is actually holding them up from paying out so my vehicle can be fixed at the panelbeaters.everytime i call,i get different stories,this is by far the most useless insurance company i've ever had to deal with in my entire life as driver.they would never communicate with me,nor do they respond to my legal authorities.im deeply disappointed by how they lack the urge to retain me as a paying client.

This is truly uncalled for,what the hell must I be debited twice in one month.is this how CARTRACK ****** people by taking money in their accounts without concern.to hell with this stupid,robbing company.I want my money back.
