Good morning sir/madam I Mr pholo have claimed with Rma vai Naledi Funeral Parlour and it's been Three weeks now and I haven't been assisted yet. I had to borrow money for a funeral at the loan sharks and now my deep in trouble with them please 🙏 help ASAP

Absolutely Poor Service No Ttds Paid for Injured Employee Mr Virgil Henry Pritchard Since 7 November 2023 due to My Final Medical Reports Still in Pending Mode Due to Hospital Appointment In July 2026 @Neuro Department.Final Progress Medical is Within The Rand Mutual Assurance 7 July 2025 But No Days was Paid Up.The Rand Mutual Assurance Is taking about Unsuccessful Objections.I would Highly Appreciated If They can Progress Report for this Disease The Tribunal Doctor for Rand Mutual Assurance?I am Currently Diagnosis with Cause Equra Sindroms After Damages From Work Injured on Duty 31 May 2022.I Pray for Respect and Care for Injured Employees and There Coida Benefits and More.Yes I do have Attorneys involved because This is Very Wrong and Unfairness was and Is Active.Currently I can Wake Properly and More Health Issues.Yes when Final Medical Reports is In My Hands We will See.May God Bless All.Amen🙏

They reinstated my policy after the intervention of FSCA but with incorrect Policy Schedule members list. With repeated attempts to contact them to rectify it. They are still sending me an incorrect updated one.

I have been sending numerous emails about a deceased who is still active and who they are still deducing a premium for every month.All their contact numbers are active.I want them to take the deceased off and to reimburse me for all the months they deducted.

It is now several months since I first raised this issue, and despite posting an update again on 12 February, I have still received no acknowledgement, no follow‑up, and no resolution from Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA). At this point, the continued silence is extremely concerning and deeply unprofessional. I cancelled my policy in August 2025, yet deductions continued after cancellation. I submitted all required documents in November, and since then I have been chasing for a refund that RMA is fully aware they owe me. Every promise of “we will get back to you” has gone unfulfilled, and now even my public complaints are being ignored. Not a single update. Not a single timeline. Not even basic acknowledgement. This is unacceptable for any financial institution. Due to the ongoing lack of action, poor communication, and failure to resolve this matter, I am now preparing to escalate my case to the Ombudsman for Long‑Term Insurance so that my voice can finally be heard and this issue can be formally addressed. I am giving RMA one last opportunity to respond and resolve this refund immediately before I proceed with the Ombudsman. At this stage, it should not require external intervention for a customer to receive money that was wrongfully deducted. I expect urgent feedback, not more silence.

I sent a funeral claim to RMA on the 13th January 2026 till today i did not hear anything from them i buried my brother borrowing money from people and i am paying every month for my policy.

Not following up on claims, emailing treating doctor a.k.a Dr Revelas in Tzaneen for 4 years. Treating Doctor not following up aswell. I have been the middel-man for 4 years, between this 2 entity. Enough is enough, if in the 1 st year if emails are not working, start with 2nd communication, that phoning direct. But nothing happen, "must be black and white", yes i get it.... But how long must this drag on?
