THEY TAKE FOREVER TO PAY OUT A CLAIM. AFTER SUBMITTING ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND RECEIVING CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL THAT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, YOU STILL HAVE TO PHONE AND GET THE CASE ESCALATED AND THEN PHONE AND FOLLOW UP ON PROGRESS AGAIN FOR CLAIM TO BE PAID OUT. BESIDES THE FACT THAT THEYTAKE 20+ MINUTES TO ANSWER A CALL WHY MUST THE CLAIM BE ESCALATED AND THEN FOLLOWED UP IN ORDER FOR CLAIM TO BE PAID OUT

I am supposed to get a letter of good standing and they proudly tell me that i did not submit my declarations which i did submit on the 22 of April 2026, please check your emails and issue letter of good standing please

Rand Mutual is possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are unreliable, the consultants are ***********, the managers are even worse. I asked for an immediate call back from one of the leaders Phindile Maseko, She never bothered herself to even send me an email at the very least. I have submitted all I need to submit for the Funeral cover claim in order to give my father a dignified send off, instead I am met with delays, poor feedback, poor assistance from all the consultants I spoke to, some even dropped the call such as Ayanda. Lungani Dumani, Zama the list goes on. None these people were able to assist me, I need there funds paid to my account as a matter of urgency!!!

I had my funeral policies with Avbob and Assupol which they claimed they'll combine and pay a single amount. Thank God they failed to combine Avbob. When my partner passed away, Avbob paid out instantly no questions. RMA is now sending me pillar to post to pay out,requesting lobola letters yet when I signed up they did not ask for all of that. I've called and sent all the documents in my possession yet no one is taking me seriously. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I've shared my experience with my colleagues and I'll be sending a letter to our HR department to cancel the policy on my persal

This not even a claim This is about a Letter of Good Standing. Not only is it impossible to get through to anyone but you cant declare online because their system doesnt work. If you call there is no one who can help because there are some rules or whatever BS they can make up. A few years ago they were so helpful and issued a cert until an error was sorted out. I need to find another supplier Stay away if you can...Disgusting spending 1000s and getting treated ike a piece of ****.

Absolutely Poor Service No Ttds Paid for Injured Employee Mr Virgil Henry Pritchard Since 7 November 2023 due to My Final Medical Reports Still in Pending Mode Due to Hospital Appointment In July 2026 @Neuro Department.Final Progress Medical is Within The Rand Mutual Assurance 7 July 2025 But No Days was Paid Up.The Rand Mutual Assurance Is taking about Unsuccessful Objections.I would Highly Appreciated If They can Progress Report for this Disease The Tribunal Doctor for Rand Mutual Assurance?I am Currently Diagnosis with Cause Equra Sindroms After Damages From Work Injured on Duty 31 May 2022.I Pray for Respect and Care for Injured Employees and There Coida Benefits and More.Yes I do have Attorneys involved because This is Very Wrong and Unfairness was and Is Active.Currently I can Wake Properly and More Health Issues.Yes when Final Medical Reports is In My Hands We will See.May God Bless All.Amenπ
