I am supposed to get a letter of good standing and they proudly tell me that i did not submit my declarations which i did submit on the 22 of April 2026, please check your emails and issue letter of good standing please
Worst of the worst, they will lie here saying that they will solve your problems and your problems are solved , dont believe their responses
Where do i start, let see, I have closed my account but i still get sms that i owe, i have close up account letter from you but everyday i still get reminded of you. Secondly, last month when i was still your client i complained about washing machine being broken, your technician come for five minutes and they force you to sign the document to say the machine is fixed while you can see that they didnt even work on the machine and the machine is definitely not fixed. so now you left me with the broken washing machine
They dont care about they customers, your washing machine will break every week and you will call the will ignore you, come for five minutes and it breaks again
Since October we have not been able to print payslips, every time we request the feedback is negative and five months now still we can access payslips
