******* Service from RMA !!!!!
Rand Mutual is possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are unreliable, the consultants are ***********, the managers are even worse. I asked for an immediate call back from one of the leaders Phindile Maseko, She never bothered herself to even send me an email at the very least.
I have submitted all I need to submit for the Funeral cover claim in order to give my father a dignified send off, instead I am met with delays, poor feedback, poor assistance from all the consultants I spoke to, some even dropped the call such as Ayanda.
Lungani Dumani, Zama the list goes on. None these people were able to assist me, I need there funds paid to my account as a matter of urgency!!!
