Rand Mutual is possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are unreliable, the consultants are ***********, the managers are even worse. I asked for an immediate call back from one of the leaders Phindile Maseko, She never bothered herself to even send me an email at the very least. I have submitted all I need to submit for the Funeral cover claim in order to give my father a dignified send off, instead I am met with delays, poor feedback, poor assistance from all the consultants I spoke to, some even dropped the call such as Ayanda. Lungani Dumani, Zama the list goes on. None these people were able to assist me, I need there funds paid to my account as a matter of urgency!!!

Despite multiple visits to the Estate Manager's office, I am still unable to access the estate. I was added by my landlord on March 31, 2025, and I promptly visited the Estate Manager's office that same day to ensure my onboarding process was completed. Since then, I have visited the office over six times, but rather than receiving assistance, I have been repeatedly instructed to take pictures for the app. I have uploaded these pictures on three separate occasions, yet there has been no progress in resolving the issue. Kemmone Mochai, Laurine, and Mpho have all been unable to assist me with this matter. Each time I call for help while stuck at the gate, my calls go unanswered. I urgently request that someone address this issue.
