THEY TAKE FOREVER TO PAY OUT A CLAIM. AFTER SUBMITTING ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND RECEIVING CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL THAT THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, YOU STILL HAVE TO PHONE AND GET THE CASE ESCALATED AND THEN PHONE AND FOLLOW UP ON PROGRESS AGAIN FOR CLAIM TO BE PAID OUT. BESIDES THE FACT THAT THEYTAKE 20+ MINUTES TO ANSWER A CALL WHY MUST THE CLAIM BE ESCALATED AND THEN FOLLOWED UP IN ORDER FOR CLAIM TO BE PAID OUT
A large order for overalls and t-shirts was placed online and paid for on 25 April 2025. When checking status of order in May, and noticing that order was unfulfilled I queried with online manager who advised that shipment was expected on 14 May 2025. When querying status on 15 May I was told that shipment had not arrived and they could not confirm when it will arrive. I requested a refund and was told they would have to check with Finance Department. Now when I phone the call does not get answered or they just cut me off when they hear my voice and my order number. The Manager places you on hold indefinitely and the switchboard operator cuts you off as soon as she hears your voice. Total ****mers. Orders being placed online and paid for when the Company has no stock and cannot fulfill orders or provide a date of when orders will be dispatched.
