Not bad, extremely bad service 😕 Waiting now 3weeks for a claim to be paid out after it was approved already. Not getting through on their contract number, voice promp repeating options like crazy.
Up until now Telkom did not even attempt to fix their problem. I need assistance from higher authority please. My contract is suposed to end on 3January 2025 - now they telling me i took a Iphone 11 in September2024, that they dont even sell. I must now pay another 2years for something i never received. Please please please please, anyone that can assist.
Response or communication from RMA very poor.
Can Telkom's doors be shut and close please. You can't be having endless problems that cannot be resolved for months.
Good day As a client of telkom for over 10 years , this is not the service i signed up for.. I would like to warn people to never open or take out or upgrade a telkom account. i don't have a problem with their connection, but the accounts department is useless. It started near the end of November 2022. My account was one month in arrears, no one called to ask or to say how much they going to deduct and deducted a R700 short of the balance owned. Don't know who found it fit to do so, and the account was suspended. On the 20th of December 2022 the full outstanding amount wS deducted and was told by numerous call takers that because you're a telkom client, management can request to reinstate the account between 5 to 24 hours. The situation ws escalated since 23rd December 2022 also requested to speak to a manager but up until now no one calling me back to explain. I'm anyway not interested in any of them anymore. As a Director of a company, telkom made me loose clients, finance and my trust in them.
