Extremely bad attitude and service from Waiter!
ordered water from Waiter and he kept on taking other tables drinks orders sitting next to us and brining the orders without bringing the water three different times i asked him about the water I ordered and he told me he is busy with customers, i asked the waiter if I was not the customer? He said if I'm not happy with what he is telling me I can go tell the manger that he is busy with customers. ! went to the manger told him what happened, and I told both the waiter and the manger that it was the first and the last time I come to their restaurant! I paid for my bill and left.

More than enough calamari
Spend my son's birthday evening at Benningan's at Sunward Park and enjoyed the food that was served, especially the fact that they weren't stingy on the Calamari pieces in the dish. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

Spend my son's birthday evening at Benningan's at Sunward Park and enjoyed the food that was served, especially the fact that they weren't stingy on the Calamari pieces in the dish. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

Great Restaurant
Great food, respectful staff and all round well managed restaurant. Not only do you get a great experience weather you are will the whole family or just your partner from all the benefits of the service the prices are well suited for a persons pocket. Have had great experience everytime visiting.

Great Restaurant
Great food, respectful staff and all round well managed restaurant. Not only do you get a great experience weather you are will the whole family or just your partner from all the benefits of the service the prices are well suited for a persons pocket. Have had great experience everytime visiting.

BAD MANAGEMENT
We Visited Bennigans Sunward Centre 17 November, the reception staff was dull and uninviting. For starts we ordered mussels to share, waitress just pushed the plate on to the table, no extra side plates, this dish must have been standing for some time for there was a dry film already formed on it and we did not recieve the correct amount of mussels. Mians came and my chips were cold, asked the waiter to pls get me some fresh chips, wich she did. The one manager brought me the new chips looking very upset and aggravated about this. He then put the chips on the table and started to walk away, I asked him pls take the other chips with him. I started to eat the new batch of chips only to find they were worse that the first lot. I called the other manager and complained about this, he then told me I should specify how I want my chips done. He was extremely arrogant and bombastic. When I went to pay my bill with him he told me that I have in this short time that I was there changed my order three times and that I am swearing him. So before the issue escalated I paid my bill and left. Been a patron for a number of years now but will never visit Bennigans Sunward Centre ever again. The staff is unprofessional the management team is driving the business into the ground, I could see the deterioration in the place when I walked in. Very disappointed, have never been treated by management staff like that in all my years of dinning out ….SHAME ON YOU

Poorly customer service received from 2x Managers after complaining to them, they obviously don't care ,not willing to assist at all, they are arrogant and it seems they don't need any support from anyone, will never order from them again in the future.

Racist Establishment
My friends and I went to have lunch at this establishment , previously we went at night and we wanted to experience it during the day. Bad idea on our part , we were welcomed so warmly but after we were there for quite a while things just went sour. One of managers came up to us telling us that the patrons are complaining that we are being loud. Mind you we were the only black people at this time so what exactly is the issue here ? There was live music at said time and of course we were loud because we had to talk over the music!! Establishments need to stop tone policing black people it’s really backwards and very racist… after the manager came to us we paid our bill as is ,no tip and left , manager and the patrons can pay his tip because our noise won’t!! Needless to say we will never ever go there again

Mouth watering food at Bennigans at Sunward Lifestyle Center
The food at Bennigans at Sunward Lifestyle Center in Boksburg is amazing! We savored every morsel of our dinner. I had no idea that hake could taste that good! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak. The mud pie desert is to die for! If you haven't already tried their food, you're missing out.
