NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEIR SERVICE
Bentley refused to give me services because my business is from Umlazi and quote on quote “ we provide a high quality service “. that is not for my kind. I have never felt looked down upon and could not understand why they have rejected doing business with me

29 Jul 2022, 13:03We have a minimum size of individual debts that we take on for debt recovery, as we find the recovery of small debt uneconomical. We most certainly do not have a geographic map of areas we do and do not take work from. I believe that the reason for our decision was communicated to you. There are other external debt collectors that specialise in the recovery of small debts.
