EXP20250906-CD54760. I have logged the same dispute 3 times already. I have reported a duplicated listing, Sanlam and DMC are reporting the same debt, now I am fully aware that Sanlam sold DMC the debt, I have no problem with that however Sanlam did not close the account after. As for account number between Sanlam and DMC not being the same and the balance not being the same calls for you to do more investigation. Who then did DMC buy the debt from and has that company closed its account???? Experian must do better, I was not expecting this from them, so disappointed on people who do these investigations on disputes, are they even qualified to do them, who monitors them? An error that should have been rectified easily has taken over 3 months now.

It another thing when you do not reply to emails and that number that we can never reach you on BUT TO BLANTLY LIE IS ANOTHER LEVEL ALL TOGETHER. It is upsetting that FNB is referring to assist me with our account reactivation. A problem which was supposed to be worked out in days has carried on for over a month now and not seem to move forward. I am being asked one question that I have answered many times "is Nkosinathi Nxele remaining as an administrator, and the answer is yes no one is changing in their portfolios, nothing is changing we only need you to activate our account but FNB has failed.
Problem still not resolved. One agent says something else and the other another, I need you to go back to our calls because they are recorded, one agent told me that I need to send ID copies of signatories and let them both sign, of which I did, the next one told me no there are forms that were not attached on the email that you first got so will send forms and you need to sign, all three administrators of the account, did just that and another comes back and says no we cannot find Nkosinathi's signature so Nkosinathi has to also sign, how come because he is not one of the people Who signs only the treasure and myself need to go together to the back we are the people signing but did as they asked now it's another thing. I am tired, I am exhausted and cannot play these games anymore. FNB Biggest let down is its employees. Activate our account please it's urgent
I recommended FNB to my organization because, my father used FNB, he trusted them and so I trusted them also. Never did I expect that one day they would do me like this. First. I am failing verification checks when I am trying to register with CSD and I don't know what happening as I am sure I am giving the correct account number, the problem persists, CSD sends me to the bank for the account confirmation and to check on their system "organs" if I remember correctly how Account details are captured maybe that why it is coming back as failed. We go to the Bank on the 19th of December 2024 and we are met with great warmth and given the best customer service. Account is active everything is okay. On the 14th of January I received a sms stating our account has been closed due to balance due, I must contact some lawyers. FNB has not once made me or Mr. Madlala our treasure aware of any balance that we were owing on the account. No communication what so ever was made even when we were at the bank on the 19th nothing was spoken with regards this matter and FNB first step to resolve a problem with us is to CLOSE WITHOUT INFORMING US!!!!!!! Send the account to some lawyers and let us know through sms that our account is closed. I expected better from you, even if we had to part ways this was not the way to end our relationship. Steps should be placed and followed before reaching reaching this stage. You should have given us the chance to fix it without involving other people, You took a chance from us to make things right before closing the account
Sanlam goes and sells my debt to a new company now DMC and DMC does not call me to make arrangements for payments but goes to my credit profile and add the debts that Sanlam has not removed. Now on my credit report I have two amount of the same account "sanlam credit card" added together since both of you have listed me and my credit score dropped with 28 points. How can you do this to me?
DMC goes to my credit profile and add a debt that they bought from Sanlam, that they have not called me to make arrangements for payments . A debt that Sanlam has not even REMOVED now my credit score has dropped by 28 points because I have the two amounts added up as a total of my credit cards but I only had one credit card. Do you guys understand that credit scores are a major part of our lives, you mess it up, you are shutting doors for me that I need opened to move up in life

I have never in my life delt with these kind of call center agents, the way they are so rude, the last agent I spoke to I literaly dropped the call because she was talking over me and insisting that I recieved an email that I did not receive instead of telling me she will resend the email she was trying to make a point that I was lying the email was sent to me, I have asked for banking details which I was told I will receive via sms even unto this day I have not receive. I am angry at Sanlam for handing me to these people, they don't even read their notes before the call so they know the whole story or read it while I am in a call with them so I do not have to repeat myself over and over again. Today I am chatting with an agent on WhatsApp I am asking them for the banking details he/she is asking me for date of payment and amount and I could not give it to them because I don't want to commit to something that I am not sure of, I know I owe Sanlam money and want to pay it, am paying it back with no problem because Sanlam has handed me over to their bullying friends now I have to be cornered to say when am I going to pay, the person I was chatting to did not give me the account number to pay too, imagen, imagen. Just because I could not give him a ptp I rather keep my money than to make payments, the types of agents that Norton has, the type of people Sanlam is not associated with
