I paid my Russels account in full a couple of years ago. I send then the paid up letter but now they are sending me payment offers for an account that I don't have anymore. Send that paid up letter to them twice already. Pathetic.

Worst service received from this company, I paid up my Mom's Standard Bank Credit Card last year November 21st. I was told a paid up letter would be sent after 21 working days, its been almost 45 days and no paid up letter. When I call I get transferred from pillar to post. They are the pits 🚮

The worst attorneys manage such a small case. Administrative inadequacies and miscommunication with SBSA. Matter still pending finalization since July 2024. Poor and pathetic customer service and call center employees extremely unprofessional.

This company is disregarding basic rules and regulations. I've been waiting over 12 months for a recon statement and contacted them repeatedly by phone and email, without receiving anything up to today. Eventually, I settled the account in full simply because I was getting nowhere. Since then, I have requested a paid-up letter, but every request has been ignored. I have sent 10 WhatsApp messages and 2 emails and have not received a single reply. After reviewing online feedback, it is clear this is a common experience for many customers. I will now be pursuing every available course of action against this company, even if I receive the paid-up letter. If they don't provide it and drag the issue on, it will help my case. The level of disregard they show toward is unlike anything I have encountered. I also intend to contact the companies they collect on behalf of and create a compilation of documented negative experiences to demonstrate their conduct and how it contravenes consumer protections as they act on behalf of these institutions and represent them, which creates liability. I will not be silenced, I will not go away, I will not rest, I will not be threathened into submission. Please do not make the mistake of thinking that I will.

I was inform about my credit card and took the card to Absa in 2007 and was cut since then I have paid Northern Lambrianos cause I was submitted with a summons never sign any document before true the bank and had pay to my surprise I receive a letter from Absa in 2012 that I have to pay 13572 if I'm correct I went to the branch.have been told card was never closed and they don't understand that Absa send it to legal department the acc is closed year 2012 but still need to pay 13572. According to Absa nothern never paid them money I'm sick of this please Absa funds was never send to Absa attorney needs to pay back the offer no response from them ever as Absa recon I made payment directly into the attorney acc at absA

Norton is a ****, RCS handed over already paid up acc to them around 2020, oversighted i have been paying the acc since 2020 until 2025 , all document we submitted showing all transactions and everything but the query i handled by juniors

The consultants name is Bafana. I called in as per sms request. The reason for my call was to find out why my payments are allocated only after the 7th or 9th of the following month after which the agreed debit order dates are on the last day of the month. This is reflecting as late payments on my profile. Bafana, instead of listening to me, he shouted at me and you can hear his voice heaving and shouting as i calmly tried to explain the reason for my call. My call was to get answers i instead got shouted at and was dismissed by Bafana. My advice is to pay off same time and initiate an account or debt closure direct with the bank. These guys will just delay without probably reason. Save yourself time.
