Very very very bad service
if i could give this company no stars, i would have. The service is very poor. I ordered the 8 Dec 2025, after contacting them i eventually got a message that my package will be partially shipped. I am still waiting for my other product. I will report this site on every platform warning people not to buy from them. This is theft, they took my money and have not received my goods.

It is ******* to phone and try to collect on alleged debt that has prescribed. The listing of prescribed debt on a credit bureau is specifically prohibited by the NCA. Please remove the listing as soon as possible.

It is ******* to phone and try to collect on alleged debt that has prescribed. Stop phoning me. The listing of prescribed debt on a credit bureau is specifically prohibited by the NCA and any attempt to list me will result in a defamation of character claim against you.

Feel like a ********
I am very dissapointed in Bonitas. My dad was admitted to the emergency room on 1 Dec 24 Sunday and send to icu. Monday it was send through to autharization department and was declined. they wanted more Evidence that this was not a pre existing condition. Al letters and report was send. I am still waiting. I have never in my life felt more like a ******** than now. Bonitas made me feel like a ****, that i purposly **** to get my dad covered. I was very forthcoming on the application when i added him to my medical aid. This was a condition never known off because there was no symptoms. A month ago my dad started coughing and the last week he could not breath. I tried to help him the best i could at home. When the 1st Dec came the starting date of his cover i took him to the emergency room. Now at i time i am supposed to worry and look after my dad. I have to proof to Bonitas that i am not a ******** and did not lie. I would like bonitas to get back to me about this. I have been paying my medical aid and when i need to claim bonitas failed me. The bill is now running and they want to put my dad out of the hospital.

I logged a ticket with rain about having no internet. They told me that i need to restart my router, i did that and still have no internet. I emailed that i have done that and still no internet. I did not get any feedback. I need this sorted asap

Very bad client service
I have been a client of bonitas for 2 years. I have never missed a contribution. In september i added another depented and i asked bonitas to deduct the premium 1 oct. Bonitas never informed me that the premium for the new depented should be paid from the 1st September. Bonitas suspended my medical aid. I do not understand my contribution was paid and still i was suspended. Now the premium went of and after i send numerous emails, i still have not received feedback. I am now not covered. Bonitas should really look into this as this is very bad client service.

Bad service
I am very dissapointed in Rain. We have been logging a support call from Rain for a week now and nobody phoned back. I got rain in November 2023 since then i have been having trouble with the internet. This is not good customer service. If Rain wants to do business like this i see no hope for them.

BAD RAIN SERVICE
I have been logging a complaint that my internet was down for 4 days. I have not getting any response from rain. I phoned twice using my airtime to find out what was the problem. I was informed that the tower was off. So the techs could not resolve the issue for 4 days?. I am very unhappy, at the end of the month rain will collect their money and i was not connected to the internet for almost a week. This is not acceptable. Not even when a logged a fault i got any feedback from rain. I need this sorted out. There ia a reason i pay for internet. Now i have to buy data to do my work an pay rain. I am a very dissapointed client!!!!!!
