I am thoroughly disappointed with the imported pants I ordered from Zando, the material is inferior, the item is nothing close to the images online. When I attempted to return it, I was instructed to go to a Pudo drop off point which rejected my barcode as invalid. Now I'm stuck with poor quality material I do not want.

Absa HOC will look for every reason to decline your claim. First, it took over 90 days then the bed news. My storm damage claim was declined because there are leaves on my roof ridges. I happen to live behind a school with about 4 tall trees, who's leaves happen to fall on top of our roofs and that doesn't mean no maintenance has not been done over time.
I registered in Feb including a deposit of R5000 and later canceled my tuition on 12 April, to this day I have received no acknowlegment nor confirmation of the process. All I keep getting are account/billing reminders. To a point, they are threatening me legal action for that wich I canceled over 3 months ago.
I submitted a cancelation in early April , no acknowledgement was ever received. The only thing I keep receiving are payment reminders and account statements. When I call to follow up, I get sent from pillar to post. I honestly feel they are dragging the process in order for the account to be due again, consequently total due is now over R6000. They will not say if they will write this debt off nor refund my R5000 deposit.
I cancelled my tuition on 12 April 2024, yet Intec keeps sending me text telling me my account is due. No acknowledgement of receipt, no explanation of the process until I made the calls to asks.

On 30 November I submitted a request to cancel my subscription, Bonnitas took over 3 days to acknowledge my instruction, only to tell me give 30 day notice including a form. By this time I had less than 30 days left to ensure cancelation is effected so that I can resume with a new provider from the 1st on January 2024. This is a huge inconvenience for me
I app**** for a fridge around the 25th of November, I still have not received it. First their system wouldn't allow me to capture my actual address, yet when I called a day or 2 later, I was sent from pillar to post. When I sent an email, I received an acknowledgement yet my delivery address remained incorrect. Today when I tried to call them again , I initially battled for an hour to get through, when I finally spoke to an agent, I was told my cancelation can only be done so and so who's currently held in a meeting. She took my details and promised someone is going to call me back, which offcourse didn't happen. Teljoy has among the worst call center in the world.
