I paid my Russels account in full a couple of years ago. I send then the paid up letter but now they are sending me payment offers for an account that I don't have anymore. Send that paid up letter to them twice already. Pathetic.
I have cancelled this about 3 months ago, logged a call, send mails even chat with that stupid autobot thing,BUT NO CALL, NO MAIL NOTHING FROM RAIN. This morning they deducted a premium from my account. What bul**** is this? I have everything as proof so I will take this further. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND RAIN TO ANYONE. SAVE YOURSELF LOTS AND LOTS OF TROUBLE.
Worst ****ing company. Changed my Banking details long time ago on the app,but now they want to come with stories that my payment didn't go through. **** those *********** people. Must be a Nigerian or a Indian company. Greedy people. Will NOT recommend RAIN WIFI to anyone. Not even the homeless or the government. *******
I would like to thank Rahadesh for helping me. You are awesome and really go out of your way to sort my issue. I wish the other agents whom I spoke to as from last week had your knowledge. Management must send all the agents for training so that they can help the people the same as Rahadesh helped me. I hope management will read this. Once again. Thank you Rahadesh.
****. All I can say. They don't answer their phone when you try to call them. Does not resolve your queries. Quick to take your money,but must wait 3-5 working days for your problem to be resolved. Really not happy. Rather look for another internet provider.
On the 25th of August ( on my b day ) I went to the Amigo Spur in Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark all by my lonesome. I was lucky to be served by the friendliest waitress ever. She was friendly, fast and ready to assist. Christina, thank you very much. You made my day. Please keep it up. #WIN. M. Barnard.
I went to Pick n Pay today to buy the newspaper. No newspaper there then I thought ,while I'm there I can just as well play my Lotto. The lady with the fake nails and wig behind the Lotto counter was very unfriendly. Didn't greet back when I greeted her, 'slammed' my winnings on the counter while I'm holding my hand out to take it from her and again when she gave back my Lotto tickets. If we as customers are a nuisance for you...please close your doors cause we are the ones that is keeping your doors open. You definitely don't do us a favor.
I would like to thank Rochelle at the Vanderbijlpark branch for everything she did. Helpful, Friendly, Professional and Fast. Bought a vehicle from an old lady. License was behind but that wasn't a problem for her. I will recommend her to anyone. Once again. Thank you very much.
Good day. 4 weeks ago I went to OK Foods here in Vanderbijlpark like I always do every day to buy my daily groceries. I was stopped at the door just to be informed that I can't enter cause my face mask does not meet their standard. ( One of those full masks that fit around ones neck ). That was done Infront of other people. I went to Spar to do my shopping. When I arrived home I send the complaint to the OK website. No feedback at all till today. I then send another mail to them (about 2 weeks ago) and still no feedback. Yesterday after I stopped at the gas station I drove passed the same OK Food store,just to see that a non white man entered the store with the same mask they stopped me. Is it a racial thing now? There was no signage that say I am not allowed with that mask. I will never go back to that or ANY OK Food store.
