incredibly frustrated and drained Dealing with radio silence from people like Allison and Daniel when your money is already out the door is beyond infuriating.,.*********** is understatement, there's no words to describe this people... the lady by the name of ALLISON AND DANIEL are the worst to deal with. i so regret big time using their service. i should have gone to the post office or traffic department or done that with my bank.. i would have my licence disc with me now. i have paid using their quote on the 25th of February, today is the 11th of march and i still have not received my car license disc . i've been sending tons and tons of email to this so called Allison and nothing gets sorted. if you call here offices, you will never get hold of her. i hate myself for using their stupid service.

Paid for my licence disc on 20 February today is the 5th of March and still haven’t received my licence yet every time I call to inquire about it I am told that Alison is handling it. No word of update from them it’s always me who has to call everyday and be put on hold for a long time

I have no experience with their delivery but the offer I received was R325.85 higher than the actual licence (R240.00). The reminder came more than a week after the licence expired and 3 weeks after I received my new licence for free in my P.O. box. I use the City of Cape Town eService website to apply for a new licence, I pay via EFT and never had to queue.

Poor service delivery, zero communication, no valid contact numbers! From the Whatsapp contact 079 398 9386 to the numbers on their website 078 309 4792 (this one doesn't even ring it's a voice record) and 0861 777 555 just rings 3 times and drops! Allison no longer responds to emails but she was very quick prior to me making payment. ****! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! Paid for my disks in full in December 2025 after confirming that they can deliver in Mpumalanga, no communication after payment. Had to travel to Joburg to sort out the disks myself, have since requested a refund but there is no response. I WANT MY MOMEY! PAID R2 433.85.

I paid Q No More for a vehicle licence disk renewal on 27 November 2025 after being advised that the turnaround time for Cape Town is 7–10 working days. I submitted all required documentation and received confirmation that my payment was received and that my application had been submitted. I followed up multiple times in early December and was repeatedly told that the process was “still within the timeframe.” After weeks of no progress, I followed up again on 26 December 2025, only to be informed that applications had closed on 18 December and that processing would only resume in the new year. This information was never communicated upfront, despite my payment being made well before the closure date. As of now, I have: Paid in full Received no licence disc Received no proactive updates Had to repeatedly follow up myself I find the lack of transparency and poor communication extremely frustrating, especially for a service that is meant to save clients time and inconvenience.

After a month of chasing updates, I demanded my papers back, only to be told my roadworthy certificate had expired. They promised to send me a new one, yet two weeks later I’m still waiting — again with no proactive updates. What irritates me most is that I had to constantly follow up on something they should have communicated the moment they realized they couldn’t meet the promised timeline. This is unacceptable service. Honestly, I could have gone directly to the traffic department and sorted it out in a single day. Q No More? More like Queue Forever. Today, 19th of December 2025, after writing this review, i am yet to follow up AGAIN.
