angry customer

I have reserved a family suede in January 2019, I paid all amount required which was R7200.00 full on 06 August 2019, on the 04th of October I requested a cancellation, it was granted but I haven't received my money even now. I have been calling them almost everyday they telling me that their manager is not in, manager is busy with the cancellations, now they telling me that the manager is on leave I must send an email he/she will get back to me when he comes back. im not happy with service they giving .
