am highly disappointed with the levels of service I have recieved from Bentley Lodge & Lifestyle's. I made a booking for 2024 Feb in 2023 earlier this year and made a deposit of R1000 the outstanding balance is R2600 , November month end i received a new invoice stating that my outstanding balance is now R4000 when I asked about the increa*****t of the balance they said it's because they have made renovations on the property and that their prices increases every new new, and this was never communicated to me only now one month left to the vacation, I told them I don't have that kind of money and I would like to request a refund they said no problem I should send my banking details and I did , they ddnt make any refund I tried calling them they don't answer my calls and blue tick me on WhatsApp, I went to their Facebook page I got a response that they will assist me till today I have not received any communication from them nor assistance,I feel ****med by this place. I just look a look on their Google reviews it turns out that I am not the only one with such a complaint from this establishment.

I've made a booking for tye 1st of december for Chillas at Bently Lodge & lifestyle, the place is a construction site and its full of dust, the pictures for advertising are deceiving, the place is full of dust. Now they are refusing with our deposit, they don't even wana give us 50% of our deposit, we're being ****med.

Booked 2 rooms but got 1 room with 3 single beds ,no linen only sheet and inner without covers. We waited outside the gate for an hour cause they say we not on the guest list. The security guard was busy calling people telling them about us and they asked us to send a confirmation which we did send, and then he opened a gate to show us that 1 room without linen no bathroom nothing only 3single beds and told us to try and sleep there we will talk in the morning. In the morning we needed a bathroom so we had to beg another security guard to show us the bathroom then he showed us a dirty bathroom with broken glasses all over the floor and he said there were other people who broke shower doors before we came bt still he didn't clean, we had to sweep the glasses so we can use the bathroom. We wanted a refund of the other room and they told us we should go to another branch and when we got there,the receptionist told us to call the boss they gave us a number that the true identity was showing somewhere else then we asked for really number thn they gave us a number that went straight to voice-mail. He didn't care he said there's nothing he can help us with if the boss doesn't answer the

What a horrible experience, i don't even know where to start. The place has ****roaches, the Tvs are not working, the aircons are not working, the rooms are dirty, the owner/manager is not available to assist. This place is a mess. The bad reviews have been reported several times but the place is still operating, the lodge is situated in an unsafe place. The fire extinguishers have expired, the gates are never locked anyone has access to open and close as they please which means the cars are not safe.

I have been calling them almost everyday they telling me that their manager is not in, manager is busy with the cancellations, now they telling me that the manager is on leave I must send an email he/she will get back to me when he comes back. im not happy with service they giving .

I would like to express my disappointment with the appalling customer service I received from Bentley Lodge in Durban receptionist Zama. I requested a quote form her and provided all my particulars as per her request. She promised to email the quote to me and when i called back after an hour to inquire about the quote ,she said that she had sent it. I informed her that i had not revived it and opted to give her another email to sent it to , after 30 mins of no quote being sent through on the second email, i gave her another call informing her that i still have not received anything on both emails. She then responded with such attitude,stating that she had not got gotten to sending the emails as she is busy and she will attend to it if she has time. Why lie about having sent the email? And the attitude is down right appalling.

I had a bad experience with this place ever, this is not a place to book you holiday. Service in this lodge will mess up you holiday. Please please don't even start. This lodge is bad news.

I won't advise any one to go to this Lorge, everything you see on their advert when you get there is totally different. I won't come back to this lorge ever even if it is the last place left. I might sleep in the car than book in this place. You pay for breakfast but when you get there they tell you there is no sugar for the tea the next day there is no milk.

I won't advise any one to go to this Lorge, everything you see on their advert when you get there is totally different. I won't come back to this lorge ever even if it is the last place left. I might sleep in the car than book in this place. You pay for breakfast but when you get there they tell you there is no sugar for the tea the next day there is no milk.
