Horrible experience at Bentley Lodge

What a horrible experience, i don't even know where to start. The place has ****roaches, the Tvs are not working, the aircons are not working, the rooms are dirty, the owner/manager is not available to assist. This place is a mess.

The bad reviews have been reported several times but the place is still operating, the lodge is situated in an unsafe place. The fire extinguishers have expired, the gates are never locked anyone has access to open and close as they please which means the cars are not safe.
