Disappointing 2nd Order

1st time order from Bento Burgers was amazing, excited to order from them for a 2nd time resulted in a disappointing experience, the milkshakes seemed as if it had been pre-made and frozen, it was visible by the icy look and taste of the milkshake. The burger description differed from the one received, the burger had mustard and gherkins on it instead of Jalapeño and Mayo, the lettuce were brown in colour. Quite a disappointing meal after a good first time experience.
