Horrible, Dismal, Pathetic service from Berea Plumbers

Berea Plumbers has given me EXTREMELY horrible service since the day i called them. They were recommended through a friend stating they were the best in KZN however their service is pathethic and their management s****s are dismal. I required a a new Geyser on the day of lockdown which was fit for me however it was connected and left on the floor, i had to call them back MULTIPLE TIMES to mount it on the wall and the old geyser was never taken out of my ceiling. I then had to call back to request a bill of which was not sent to me at the time and probably would never have been sent if not for me being persistent, i requested to speak to the managers when i wanted to dispute the bill (I have been charged an exorbitant amount with absolutely no reasoning for it - and they are going to CHARGE me to remove the old geyser from the ceiling, stating that i did not want it removed, which is a LIE) and have been put through to some VERY VERY rude ladies in their accounts department, absolutely dismal. Will never ever use or recommend their services to anyone else ever again!!!!!!!
