Horrible, Dismal, Pathetic service from Berea Plumbers
Berea Plumbers has given me EXTREMELY horrible service since the day i called them. They were recommended through a friend stating they were the best in KZN however their service is pathethic and their management s****s are dismal. I required a a new Geyser on the day of lockdown which was fit for me however it was connected and left on the floor, i had to call them back MULTIPLE TIMES to mount it on the wall and the old geyser was never taken out of my ceiling. I then had to call back to request a bill of which was not sent to me at the time and probably would never have been sent if not for me being persistent, i requested to speak to the managers when i wanted to dispute the bill (I have been charged an exorbitant amount with absolutely no reasoning for it - and they are going to CHARGE me to remove the old geyser from the ceiling, stating that i did not want it removed, which is a LIE) and have been put through to some VERY VERY rude ladies in their accounts department, absolutely dismal. Will never ever use or recommend their services to anyone else ever again!!!!!!!

KUBEN - UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY MANAGER

BEREA PLUMBERS- DURBAN HORRID EXPERIENCE WITH KUBEN AND STAFF!!!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE BEREA PLUMBERS THE MANAGER KUBEN & STAFF IS ARE UNETHICAL, UNRELIABLE, DECEITFUL & CORRUPT.. MY INVOICE FOR SERVICE PROVIDED HAD BEEN OUTSTANDING FOR A LITTLE A WHILE ANS WITHOUT ANY WARNING THEY HAD LISTED ME AND HAD THE BLOOD AUDACITY TO EMAIL ME. BEING A BUSY PERSON I HAD SOME UNFORSEEN DELAYS BUT FOR AN FAIRLY NEW INVOICE WHICH WAS PAID THEY HAD IMPACTED MY CREDIT RECORD. I WILL NOT LEAVE IT AT THIS AS CUSTOMER TREATMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PLUMBERS AGAIN!!!!

<p>My business booked a plumber well in advance to come and do some work at our aesthetic and medical practice in Umhlanga. On the day of the booking Berea plumbers should have been at the practice at 8 am... after numerous calls and following up they still have not pitched at 2pm... I have given my staff the day off due to the noise and have not booked patients for the day so all the work could be completed in one go. It is now 2 hours before we close and they are still promising to be here in 10 min... The job will not be finished in time and i have waisted valuable time and lost a massive amount of income due to their poor service and empty promises. </p>

Berea plumbers cuts calls
I contacted Berea plumbers to sort out a burst geyser. The person came 3 hours late and advised me that he will sort it out. Up until now they have not returned. I tried contacting their receptionist, and when I told her which company I am from she cut the call. <br> My director eventually calls and the receptionist cuts the call again.

Guy came out to my place for quotation last week. Idiot said he will get back to me the same day with quote. I phoned next morning, lady who answered said they will phone me back with quote. 1 week later i phoned, kubashnie who answered said nobody from their company came out to my place ( ditwits). However she said she will speak to that guy who i mentioned came to my place. A day later i phoned, same thing. If i only knew i was dealing with a bunch of idiots from Berea plumbers, i just wasted my time.
