**** service and long stories

<p>My business booked a plumber well in advance to come and do some work at our aesthetic and medical practice in Umhlanga. On the day of the booking Berea plumbers should have been at the practice at 8 am... after numerous calls and following up they still have not pitched at 2pm... I have given my staff the day off due to the noise and have not booked patients for the day so all the work could be completed in one go. It is now 2 hours before we close and they are still promising to be here in 10 min... The job will not be finished in time and i have waisted valuable time and lost a massive amount of income due to their poor service and empty promises. </p>
