I sell products via Takealot and one of Takealots recommended couriers is fastway. I initially went with them because they seemed to be helpful. However after using their services I am complety disgusted. The driver, Innocent, who is in charge of picking up my packages is one of the worst employees ever. He responds to messages at 11pm. He is never available on a Friday and Monday. It has been 5 days of continous begging from me for them to fetch my packages... no one responds. The admin personal in the Durban office, Tatum Brits, only sends me an alternate number for Innocent which I already have. There is no sense of urgency. When Innocent finally responds by 'coming now' ... well that 'coming now' was 5 days ago. NO ONE answers any calls. Absolutely disgusted. TAKEALOT needs to remove them from their list. My packages are always late yet they will keep saying delivery is made in 3 days. Well my deliveries are always late by 2 or more days... Fastway just gives excuses
This matter is related to the company Rewardsco. Rewardsco has advised Roaxanne that MTN need to cancel the policy. When we called MTN the consultant firstly refused to let us speak to a senior, she states that she does that she does not have a manager. MTN has taken so much money for a policy that was not taken up. The consultant name is Aabulisile Madiya. Should Rewardsco and MTN not resolve this issue it will be put on all social media platforms and consumer watch will be handling this matter.
A friend of mine received a call on the 8th of February and purchased 2 cell phones and 2 sim cards from Buy Mondo which is a company owned by Rewardsco. on the 15th of Feb she received the incorrect order and was told that the agent that sold her the phones captured the incorrect price and that my friend (Roxanne) has to pay a higher fee than previously told. Roxanne called into customer services numerous times and a consultant by the name of Ryan assured her that she will pay the original price that was quoted and her order will be rectified. up until today, the 27th of February no one has contacted Roxanne. Ryan lied on numerous occasions. Ryan was not knowledgable and should have not lied to Roxanne on numerous occasions. Maybe Ryan should be taken of the dialer and go back into training. Rewardsco seems to be a company that teaches their agents to be unprofessional. they are full of empty promises. Roxanne will be taking this up to the Ombudsman.
I contacted Berea plumbers to sort out a burst geyser. The person came 3 hours late and advised me that he will sort it out. Up until now they have not returned. I tried contacting their receptionist, and when I told her which company I am from she cut the call. <br> My director eventually calls and the receptionist cuts the call again.
