I can't understand how you can run a business like this. We took our vacuum cleaner in to get a quote for repairs, they said 24 hours it has taken a week before we got a quote and only after we said we are coming to collect our machine as this is taking too long we received the quote, to our shock the quote was three times the value of the vacuum cleaner.
