BERLIN CAR PARTS IS A **** !!!!!

wrong part sent and hell to get the probelm resolved. Keep getting told about a head office which doesnt seem to exist... If my problem is not sorted out. I will be opening a case of ***** at the polic tomorrow. I will be reporting this business to sars for a full complete audit and ill talk to one of my friends there. I will also report this business to the south africa consumer council.
