Joke of a business
I decided to be cheap and take the risk, and it's not worth it. Rather pay the higher amount and actually get your parts. I ordered a radiator, on Sunday. Paid and sent proof of payment, was then told the funds aren't reflecting and they'd get back to me, I've been following up with them to see what's happening with my order as there's no communication on their end. Don't call the number it doesn't work, don't email them they won't respond, don't order with them. I just called the whatsapp number after they advised they will confirm my payment at 8am it's currently 1pm, and no one had communicated anything. The only thing that does work it the whatsapp number and they will tell you they are the middle man in their own store and can't assist with online orders. I enquired for a refund, was told that it's indefinitely if I would receive it in the 2-3 business day policy. Really a joke.

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE
Never ever will I buy from them!!! Its been 3 weeks now waiting on parts that can not even be tracked by either them or the courier company they gave my parcel to. I have sent emails and follow up emails no response at ALL. Poor service Berlin Car Parts and the service consultant Shakeerah. Poor poor poor poor poor, I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING BUYING FROM THEM! Parts from Aliiexpress even arrived earlier bought 3days after Berlin car parts. China VS Cape Town to Limpopo. Wow

Berlin car parts
I placed an order for car parts on September 9, 2025, and am still awaiting delivery. While I can understand potential delays, I would appreciate being kept informed through an email or WhatsApp message. I have reached out multiple times for updates but have not received any response. Messages sent via WhatsApp appear to be read and subsequently ignored. I kindly request a status update regarding my order. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Berlin car parts
I placed an order for car parts on September 9, 2025, and am still awaiting delivery. BERLIN CAR PARTS IS A **** !!!!!
wrong part sent and hell to get the probelm resolved. Keep getting told about a head office which doesnt seem to exist... If my problem is not sorted out. I will be opening a case of ***** at the polic tomorrow. I will be reporting this business to sars for a full complete audit and ill talk to one of my friends there. I will also report this business to the south africa consumer council.

Absolutely horrible customer service
Took extremely long to receive the parts that I ordered. After I made multiple calls they finally got back to me after 2 days. When I received the parts the shock mountings were different from the picture and information on their website. They don't read emails and they are extremely slow on their WhatsApp number. When you call them the numbers they provide, works once. Thereafter the numbers don't exist... I have still not received word as to when the incorrect mountings will be collected and a refund will be given. I would never recommend Berlin car parts to anyone.

Incomplete parcel
I bought parts at this shop. My order was not complete, try to contact them they said will get other parts on Monday which was last week, even todaY no respond nothing… I used online shopping I paid full but my order was incomplete. 😞😞😞

Worst **** ever! no reply ever!! they dont deserve 1 cent business. Ordered parts online,paid through payfast, quick response to say they got the order, ordered 2 lights,one lock and 2 light harnesses, exactly after numerous mails sent and trying to make contact, recieved 2 lights. one not even complete, lock recieved aswell after 2 months, now month three after agian emails sent with no response for a half complete light, they ignore you. they are ******* and should not be in business, stay far away please

Head office story all the time
From the 28th of february since l placed an order with this guys,two full weeks requesting a refund daily via email and whatsup,this guys just dont care,they dont even want to give me their so called head office number just dont buy
