I have been with axxess for 4 years, biggest regret ever! i always told everyone they are the best, but until you start having problems with the line. Their support team, think you are an idiot, always asking speed tests and to restart, meanwhile there is a problem in the area, they give you no updates, no eta, my line was off for 12 days, they do not even have the decency to credit for the days they cant supply, when i cancelled the line now, they still took my money, never loaded the voip money for the month, cut the line before month end, not releasing the line aswell to move to another isp, bitter is what i call them. take it from me, stay the hell away!!!!! Useless *********** company just taking money. paid Them R1560 per month for absolutely horrible service. Stay far away from them
Guarenteed express pick up a sham and waste of money while they score, ordered yesterday and recieved a notification that it could be bumped up for pick up today if i pay the R35, guess what, not even at the pick up point yet, normally it took 2 days as will be the case aswell but they are charging for a gaurenteed express pickup. I have spend a lot of money with money and if they only take R35 by 10 people and do not adhere they make R350 for nothing. Im closing my takealot account will never make use agian, if u know its not gonna be there in 1 day dont give the option and take the payment. Not even interested in their excuses or Refund i am just warning everyone that u pay for a service u will not recieve.
Worst **** ever! no reply ever!! they dont deserve 1 cent business. Ordered parts online,paid through payfast, quick response to say they got the order, ordered 2 lights,one lock and 2 light harnesses, exactly after numerous mails sent and trying to make contact, recieved 2 lights. one not even complete, lock recieved aswell after 2 months, now month three after agian emails sent with no response for a half complete light, they ignore you. they are ******* and should not be in business, stay far away please
Best service ever received from them, i want to thank you guys really, to get service like this these days are scarce, i ordered Monday evening, yesterday morning my phone rang and you guys just wanted to confirm the order if its correct, this morning delivered, console already up and running!! These guys deserve a 10 star rating, I ordered parts on a Sunday evening by them, delivered in less than 48 hours , best part of all it was free door to door courier, Parts were neatly packed, exactly the right parts,decent quality parts. they were the only supplier that could help me with the lower control arm bushes for my Ranger!! Big thumbs up guys!! Will definitely do business again with them Especially with the good prices they offer.
firstly vumatel we appreciate the fibre in our neighborhood, quick and neat installation was done, i ordered a 200/200mbps line with axxess but decided since day of installation wanted the 1000/100, the switch was done on the 25th of march, i have logged numerous calls to my isp because i do not get the speeds i am paying for, i have sent them all the speed test everyday, even plugged in straight into your ont(worst speed test there if im lucky i get 20mbps down and up) yesterday they logged a fault for me by you, this morning i got an sms saying its resolved?? but still plugged into ont on your vuma handover speedtest site i get 20mbps, when i plug the router back i get atleast 485mbps, but my upload remains 200mbps, my isp keeps saying the problem lies with you and that the ont shouldn't give 20mbps when straight plugged in and its not correctly set. can i please ask for an answer where the problem is, i cant pay for half the speeds requested. i sent a pm on your vuma fibre vaal facebook page but clearly they do not respond. i believe that i should atleast get 800mbps even on a bad day or am i wrong? feedback would be much appreciated thanks.
Dear FNB i really dont know where to start, i really brag about fnb everywhere i go i love you guys, first off i have personal loans with you and when loans where taken up i asked for debit order on the 25th of each month, the past 3 months you gladly decide to start taking on the 24th of each month, without consent and now my company doesnt care if its saturday or sunday that falls under the 25th but thats when we get paid we do not get a day before or after our paywe get it the 25th, now everytime i log into the app for almost a week it shows my loans are in arrears?????but the debit order did go thru and shows on the loan satement aswell, please fnb this is bad for my profile with you,please check i never skipped a payment but when i said 25th i meant 25th not the 24th please could this be urgently corrected i do not want late payments on my name not due to my salary date. or please move the date further, i tried phoning for this but really cant wait 45min on a line???????
i have had adsl with telkom for years, uncapped was great, a month ago they discontinued the adsl lines in my area (very weird if i plug in my telephone i do get the disconnection sound while i thought its disconnected) they upgraded to LTE uncapped, wow what a bargain most pathetic money making ever, since day one trying to download on ps4 console a 80gb game which they say is throttled to 128kps is bull, 80gb has been downloading for 2 weeks already. streaming is a nightmare. 2 or more devices on facebook and one doesn't even load. Please telkom come and fetch Your modem and sim and see whom will pay for the most pathetic service ever, cause it wont be me guaranteed. So anyone listening to bull FORM THEM, ADSL was way beter and more stable!! STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM LTE UNCAPPED ****!!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR FAIR USAGE POLICY TO GIVE LESS DATA MAKE MORE MONEY FOR SAME PRICE AS ADSL!!!!
We had the best experience and customer service ever at Riverside Mega mica Vanderbijlpark, Lize-marie and Gys went the extra mile for us, we bought building material last week within 1 day the big order was delivered, yesterday the builders shorted a lot of extra stuff urgently, we drove back there, Lize-marie assisted us very quickly again and we begged for fast delivery as it was already late afternoon. she phoned Gys and asked soonest delivery, Gys personally came to us told us first thing in the morning. And WOW to our surprise 3 hours later the truck with the building sand load standing in-front of the yard, this morning 9am rest of the stuff delivered. Lize Marie and Gys You guys Rock!! Thank you so much for the awesome Service, Friendliness , Effort you guys gave us!! Will always do business with Riverside Mica!!
dont know where to start, my husband has been banking with fnb for years with no problems at all, so he convinced me to also switch, right now i switched, card was delivered last month just before payday so couldnt switch my salary, so now switched my salary, friday my husband did a geo payment for me so we could buy things in the house, as i was in town all transactions declined, only to find out aft6er several tries and phoning fnb that the account is frozen, for who knows what reason, this is a few days before payday, i work in a lab i cannot get off work, now they tell me to go to the branch and just stand in a queue, FNB thanks for not even allowing to to the geo payment back so we could atleast have the money, thanks for not informing me that theres a problem. really, really furious with the choice i made of swithing, and ps. they already took account fees and the account was not used. think mi should really just withdraw all my money after payday and close agian. Thats if i can get to the bank and i hope of not standing for more than 1 hour in my lunchtime. Thanks FNB. i switched because of the easy simple banking now all of a sudden i have to go to the branch, but you were quick opening the account not in the branch
