Joke of a business

I decided to be cheap and take the risk, and it's not worth it. Rather pay the higher amount and actually get your parts. I ordered a radiator, on Sunday. Paid and sent proof of payment, was then told the funds aren't reflecting and they'd get back to me, I've been following up with them to see what's happening with my order as there's no communication on their end. Don't call the number it doesn't work, don't email them they won't respond, don't order with them. I just called the whatsapp number after they advised they will confirm my payment at 8am it's currently 1pm, and no one had communicated anything. The only thing that does work it the whatsapp number and they will tell you they are the middle man in their own store and can't assist with online orders. I enquired for a refund, was told that it's indefinitely if I would receive it in the 2-3 business day policy. Really a joke.
