I have a patient who got Canteo hearing aids in the UK. It is Bernafon hearing aids, that was re branded for the UK. I was able to detect the one hearing aid on the (South African version) Oasis, the Bernafon software- the other aid was faulty. I phoned Bernafon. The only person that seems to know anything, is Collin. I eventually got hold of him, and he never heard of the Canteo and he did not sound eager to at least try.<br> I sent both hearing aids to another company, Oticon. Their service has always been excellent. They tested the working instrument, and replaced the battery door of the faulty one. They did not have the parts to repair the faulty hearing aid. Bernafon was not even willing to give us their physical address, nor willing to look at the hearing aid. The Canteo hearing aid looks exactly like the other Bernafon hearing aids. I just wanted them to CHECK if they have the components to repair the hearing aid. They were not even willing to take a look. When I phoned them again, they lady who answered the phone were very rude and said \that is what Collin said". Collin was not available and she did not want to give his cell number. She hung up! BAD BAD attitude and service."""
