This business customer service is beyond poor. They have educational software which you can take with or without a tablet (Bubblegum). I was promised that I can cancel the programmes at any time if I experience financial difficulties or for whatever reason. Since the beginning of the programme, the codes they sent were not working on the programmes. They sent a pink tablet and all emails received from them refer to a girl child whilst I took the programme for my grandson, who is not yet 3 years old. We used the codes for the programmes only once and never again. The content of the programmes are too advanced for my grandson. To cancel this subscription is impossible.
Let alone the fact that the Bubblegum tablet was returned to them for repairs, and in the meantime my grandson do not even use their tablet, yet they expect me to pay R500 for 18 months although they told me that I can cancel at any time.
To speak to their customer consultants does not work as one do not get joy at all with any of them. Surely they can see on their systems that the codes they sent me was not used? Why do I have to pay for something I am not using at all?
Please do your homework before engaging with this company. The price for the programmes were R299 per month and the tablet R200 per month. I searched on Takealot for the same tablet and it is less than R2000, so it was fine according to me to charge R200 x 18 months for the tablet, but only now they informed me that I cannot split the two, meaning I am paying R500 x 18 months for A BUBBLEGUM TABLET.
