My wife cancelled her account with besige breintjies November of 2023 the whole of 2024 they debit her account R249 we called was told a agent will call in the next 72 hours to date nothing.a lady called tell she will email me her info till now no email received poor service I will need advice anyone to fall trapped.

We love Purple Mash these are some of the videos I took while my son was making music lol and also preparing for his maths tests! typing skills also in place PurpleMash is the best!! I will send more videos of our science lessons from Experi Buddies ewe love experimenting Signing up with you was the best decision I've ever made for my son! He is very open minded always willing to learn new things! From History Geography to Computer skills and science yet only in Grade 3!!!

I have been contacted by Besige Breintjies to subscribe monthly for access to their apps. As my Grade 5 daughter could benefit from the app in preparation for the exams, I gladly subscribed and they deducted the R299 from my bank account. Only 5 days after they deducted the money, they sent me an email with links to books and apps. None of those links took me to an app for Grade 5. The apps available was preschool up until Grade 4. I emailed them with my query and after a few days a received a response that they resolve the issue. After I reached out again the lady informed me that she will send me the correct link, it never came. I contacted them again and requested a refund as I am getting nowhere, exams were over and no feedback regarding the Grade 5 app. They informed me that I can not get a refund but they will send the link. It's again 2 weeks later and still no link. This is beyond disappointing and a waste of money!

I sent my kids tablets for screen repairs, it took 3 months. When they return the pink one was off and couldn’t charge and the blue one was on 63% by the end of the day it died and never charged again, mind you these are fairly new. I have sent emails to them and I am not assisted

This business customer service is beyond poor. They have educational software which you can take with or without a tablet (Bubblegum). I was promised that I can cancel the programmes at any time if I experience financial difficulties or for whatever reason. Since the beginning of the programme, the codes they sent were not working on the programmes. They sent a pink tablet and all emails received from them refer to a girl child whilst I took the programme for my grandson, who is not yet 3 years old. We used the codes for the programmes only once and never again. The content of the programmes are too advanced for my grandson. To cancel this subscription is impossible. Let alone the fact that the Bubblegum tablet was returned to them for repairs, and in the meantime my grandson do not even use their tablet, yet they expect me to pay R500 for 18 months although they told me that I can cancel at any time. To speak to their customer consultants does not work as one do not get joy at all with any of them. Surely they can see on their systems that the codes they sent me was not used? Why do I have to pay for something I am not using at all? Please do your homework before engaging with this company. The price for the programmes were R299 per month and the tablet R200 per month. I searched on Takealot for the same tablet and it is less than R2000, so it was fine according to me to charge R200 x 18 months for the tablet, but only now they informed me that I cannot split the two, meaning I am paying R500 x 18 months for A BUBBLEGUM TABLET.

Tablets break all the time. Eventually had to pay for the repairs this time around - Still waiting for my daughter’s tablet it has been months. Would not recommend the Bubblegum table at all. Tablets are slow and hangs alot. The screen cracks easily.

I have had run ins with this company numerous times but this is the ultimate i paid for tablets and canceled they refused to refund me and then they deducted R7600 from my account 3 times i have send emails with statements and called the were going to call back 2 weeks ago yet nothing i really just want my money back all of it !
