It has taken me 3 months to date about 15 calls 4 emails, 5 reference and 3 ticket nrs to cancel an fibre installation request. It is still not done. They dropped the last call and my phone and adsl lines just went dead. Was without internet 10 days last month without refund. Mweb does not want to do installation before telkom disconnects. Anyone please help
