Beyond Pathetic
I have had run ins with this company numerous times but this is the ultimate i paid for tablets and canceled they refused to refund me and then they deducted R7600 from my account 3 times i have send emails with statements and called the were going to call back 2 weeks ago yet nothing i really just want my money back all of it !

Kindly note that we received a fraudulent proof of payment in October 2022.
We stopped your profile entirely after that.
After a few months, we encountered a systems error where a payment submitted on your account, but as we confirmed with you multiple times over email (14-04-2023; 19-04-2023) it was only the one payment that submitted and it was rejected due to no funds available. We asked you for your bank statement in both emails, too. - The debit order was so high because you ordered a large number of tablets once off.
You are welcome to send us your bank statement for investigation.
