Good morning ☀️ I’d like to give a special shoutout to Mpho Marutla from MyWay. I recently requested a callback to review my premium, and although he had been trying to reach me all week while I wasn’t available, he finally got through to me this morning (Saturday, 14 February) around 8am — literally my wake-up call 😅 Even though it wasn’t the most convenient time, he was incredibly patient, professional, and polite while I was still half asleep. And the best part? He helped me save about R500 on my insurance premiums this year — what a Valentine’s gift! Thank you, Mpho, for the excellent service and for going the extra mile. MyWay, this level of customer care is truly appreciated 👏
I sent my kids tablets for screen repairs, it took 3 months. When they return the pink one was off and couldn’t charge and the blue one was on 63% by the end of the day it died and never charged again, mind you these are fairly new. I have sent emails to them and I am not assisted
I bought a Hisense washing machine front loader on the 24 February 2024, mid may the machine was not working, called Makro and they referred the matter to Hisense, the technician came and opened my machine and told me it is because of roaches and they won’t do anything unless I paid. He didn’t leave any paperwork nothing, he didn’t close the machine properly. I called Hisense and I was told they will send him back to close it and they will send me a diagnosis report but up to today the warranty seal have been Brocken and I am left with a new machine that doesn’t work ☹️
