My wife had a 2 year contract with on air TV her contract come to a end in January 2025 they still debt her account she even got a WhatsApp to say the didn't received a payment for march they are a lot of ******.*******.

My wife cancelled her account with besige breintjies November of 2023 the whole of 2024 they debit her account R249 we called was told a agent will call in the next 72 hours to date nothing.a lady called tell she will email me her info till now no email received poor service I will need advice anyone to fall trapped.
